Return & Refund Policy

Important Notice

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with Sophie & Rose Vancouver, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging whenever possible

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Opened or used hygiene-related products
  • Final sale items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect order

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If the replacement order also arrives defective or incorrect, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refund Approval

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Reach out to your payment provider

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please note:

  • International return shipping fees may apply
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment.
